How to Use ReferenceUSA to Help Your Business
Professionals, including real estate agents, are using ReferenceUSA to boost their day-to-day work performance by connecting them with people in their communities.
Michelle Schwinghammer, a Littleton, Colorado-based agent, recently attended a ReferenceUSA class at the Jefferson County Public Library. Schwinghammer said she learned research techniques that allowed her to expand her network of clients starting to eye home listings in her area.
“I have connected with five new Colorado residents, who are renting and will look to buy this year,” said Schwinghammer, who added ReferenceUSA’s tools were “very helpful.”
In addition to renters data, ReferenceUSA users can access the U.S. New Movers and Homeowners Database to find current homeowners or people who have recently moved. The database is updated weekly from compiled public records. Movers can be segmented by age, income, marital status, mail order buyers, and more.
